The trial of former Land bank CEO Philemon Mohlahlane and two others was postponed by the Pretoria Specialised Crime Commercial Court on Wednesday.
The SABC reported that Mohlahlane, former Gauteng MEC Dan Mofokeng and Landbank's former AgriBEE manager Matuba Maponya would appear again on July 13.
The State asked for a postponement to provide further documents to the defence, including one of 16,000 pages.
The men were arrested in March last year for allegedly stealing R19 million from the Land Banks's AgriBEE.
Mohlahlane was re-arrested later that month for allegedly using false qualifications to secure jobs within government. - Sapa
