|||A businessman was arrested in a supermarket in Berlin, in the Eastern Cape, on Wednesday for selling a scheduled drug over the counter, the health department said.
He faces charges of contravening the Medicines and Related Substance Control Act, said spokesman Sizwe Kupelo.
The drugs were not supposed to be sold without a prescription.
The man would appear soon in the King William's Town Magistrate's Court. - Sapa
