Warrent Officer Gerda Swart said a 27-year-old man, Christopher Faulkner his girlfriend, Jolene Windvogel,19, and their two-year-old daughter, Lukaya Windvogel burnt to death on Friday night.
“ It is alleged that the neighbours heard a noise and went to investigate on Friday evening, at about 10.30pm.
They noticed that the home was burning but could not do anything to save the lives of those inside,” she said.
“Three people were sleeping in the house at the time and died in the fire.”
The cause of the fire was not known. - Sapa
