Thirty people have been given blankets and food parcels after losing their homes in a Johannesburg fire.
|||Johannesburg - Thirty people were displaced on Monday night when a fire ripped through an informal settlement in Alexandra, Johannesburg emergency services personnel said.
“There were no deaths or injuries but 13 shacks were destroyed,” said spokesperson Robert Mulaudzi.
The displaced were given accommodation near the settlement for the night.
