A clerk in the Limpopo education department who was out on bail in connection with the dumping of textbooks, has been re-arrested.
|||Limpopo - A clerk in the Limpopo education department who received bail in connection with the dumping of textbooks, was re-arrested on Thursday, police said.
Glen Kubayi, 44, was allegedly linked to the vandalism of almost 700 more books which were found under a bridge in Letsitele, and those found in a plantation near Tzaneen, Brigadier Hangwani Mulaudzi said.
He was released on R2000 bail last week after his arrest in connection with textbooks dumped in Giyani.
Kubayi would appear in Tzaneen Magistrate's Court on Friday on two charges of malicious damage to property. - Sapa
