The matter was postponed to March 15 for further investigation, said police spokesman Lt-Col Vincent Mdunge.
Beharie Ramu and Beharie Berverlyann were arrested on February 09, 2012 in Pietermaritzburg, along with attorney Naleni Atwaru.
Atwaru allegedly lodged fraudulent road accident claims worth about R3.7 million. She was released on bail of R5000 by the Durban Commercial Crimes Court on February 09, 2012. Atwaru would appear in this court again on Friday.
The three are charged with fraud for claims dating back three years.
Ramu and Berverlyann are out on bail. - Sapa
