|||A two-year-old boy who was last seen at the old bus terminus in Mitchells Plain two days ago is still missing, Western Cape police said on Saturday.
The boy, Tauriq Jacobs, was wearing blue tracksuit pants with an orange converse All Star logo when he went missing at 10am on Thursday.
“No one has been has been found as yet,” Warrant Officer November Filander said.
“The search is continuing.”
Filander said that the boy's mother had been questioned in connection with the case.
“We wanted to establish if all allegations are true and to see if we have missed something,” he said.
“We want to establish if the child went missing at the spot that has been indicated and if there is other evidence that can assist us.” - Sapa
